Terms of Service

1. Account Registration

• To use D-Tru, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
• Certain features require document verification, such as a Business Permit or Valid ID.
• You may also connect a Google Account to validate your registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
• Businesses must be duly registered and provide valid documentation during account verification.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use D-Tru only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
• Upload false, fraudulent, or misleading documents.
• Use Bluetooth, location, or QR payment features for unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with or disrupt our systems or services.

4. Payments and Transactions

• D-Tru supports QR-based payments generated for each order.
• Payments may be processed through third-party gateways.
• D-Tru and Eden Garden Network Inc. are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, designs, and trademarks related to D-Tru are owned by Eden Garden Network Inc.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for your restaurant/business operations.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of D-Tru without prior written permission.

6. Permissions & Access

By using D-Tru, you grant the app access to:

• Bluetooth: To connect with supported POS devices.
• Location: To identify branch/restaurant locations.
• Camera & QR: To generate and scan QR codes for orders and payments.
• Documents: For registration and verification of business credentials.
• Google Account Connection: To validate account creation.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of D-Tru is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Provide false or fraudulent information.
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

• D-Tru is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• Eden Garden Network Inc. makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, third-party failures, or misuse of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on dtru.ph with a revised September 8, 2025. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
